Reservations -
Early reservations are encouraged. However, specific request for rooms cannot be guaranteed for stays less than 7 days. Room preference will be considered and every effort will be made to honor your request.
Deposits -
All confirmations are subject to our receipt of a 50% deposit, balance payable upon arrival. Deposits are refundable providing written cancellations are received 15 days prior to scheduled arrival. There is a $15.00 service charge for cancellations.
Payments -
We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover and Travelers Checks. All funds must be in U.S. currency. Personal checks will be honored if received for payment 15 days prior to arrival. All prices are for rooms only and do not include gratuities or 7% Maine sales tax.
Additional Information -
The Lynwood is open year round. Parking arrangements for additional car must be made in advance. No Pets Allowed.
